3. Payments & Invoicing

• Prices are quoted in INR unless mentioned otherwise.
• Projects generally begin after a 50–100% advance payment.
• Payment timelines and terms will be clearly stated in the invoice.
• Delays in payment may result in service pauses or additional fees.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Since our work is custom and service-based:

• Payments are non-refundable once work begins.
• If a project is canceled before it starts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Work already delivered or in-progress cannot be refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you are expected to:

• Share required materials (text, images, approvals) in a timely manner.
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
• Ensure lawful use of the final deliverables.

6. Revisions & Edits

• Packages include a defined number of revisions.
• Additional revisions beyond the limit may be charged.
• Post-final-approval changes are considered new requests and may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Divine Art Lab will not be held responsible for:

• Indirect losses (e.g. business loss, missed opportunities).
• Issues caused by third-party hosting, platforms, or plugin failures.
• Loss of data due to client-side actions or third-party software.

8. Third-Party Services

Some of our services may involve third-party tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Razorpay, etc.). We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or pricing changes by these external platforms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any project or access if:

• There’s a breach of these terms.
• There’s misuse, abuse, or continuous non-payment.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you agree with the updated version.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR, India.
