This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding project cancellations and refund requests for services ordered through https://divineartlab.co.in/.
Order Cancellation Policy
We process cancellation requests based on the project execution stage:
Cancellation Before Commencement: If a cancellation request is submitted before any design, coding, or strategic work has started (within 24 hours of initial payment), a full refund will be processed minus a 5% payment gateway/administrative fee.
Cancellation After Commencement: Once project work has commenced (e.g., initial wireframes, graphics, video storyboards, or code architecture created), advance deposits or milestone payments are non-refundable to cover allocated resource hours.
Client Inactivity: If a project is stalled or uncommunicated by the client for more than 30 consecutive days without prior written notice, Divine Art Lab reserves the right to terminate the agreement and forfeit the advance paid.
Refund Terms for Digital & Creative Services
Due to the custom nature of professional digital services, completed digital assets cannot be physically returned.
Revisions: We provide dedicated rounds of revisions (as defined in your project Scope of Work) to align final deliverables with your requirements prior to sign-off.
Service Non-Performance: If Divine Art Lab fails to deliver agreed project deliverables without reasonable cause, a prorated refund will be calculated and processed for the unfulfilled scope.
Third-Party Expenses: Fees paid for third-party assets purchased on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, web hosting, premium SSL certificates, stock photos/videos, or ad campaign spend) are 100% non-refundable.
Refund Processing & Timelines
Upon approval of an eligible refund request by Divine Art Lab management:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Direct Bank Account).
The refund will be completed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of formal approval notification.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
